Yes, you read that correctly. I’m unemployed and I’m thankful: I have a warm place to lay my head at night. I have clean water and clean clothes. My children are healthy and I have food in my refrigerator. I have friends, family, and a spouse to share moments with. My pets make me feel special.
There are people out there who don’t have this and yet sometimes we forget to appreciate what we have.
