Tinfoil Mirror

Yes, I’m at it again. I’m crafting.  While browsing through the blogiverse I somehow discovered Mandi at Vintage Revivals.  She made this wicked cool nightstand out of tin foil. Yep, that’s right. Tin foil. Since I have tons of that stuff at home, along with ModPodge, I decided to give it a try.  Bear in mind this is not a tutorial. Go visit her site and follow her instructions. Mine didnt come out anywhere near as nice as hers, but, i’m sure with more practice I’ll be tin foiling everything in my house.

I know what you’re thinking. That just looks like a mirror with tin foil on it. It is. I’m using it as part of my “wall of mirrors” in Mom Land. Right now the Wall of Mirrors has two mirrors on it.

But as I am always on the prowl for thrifty finds, I’m sure I’ll be spray painting and tin foiling soon. It’s a work in progress. Besides, the more projects I do, the less I am bothering the fam. And that makes them HAPPY.
