- Coffee, preferably at a Starbucks location near you.
- Coffee or tea with a friend (tea meaning vodka).
- Cashmere, cuz I gets cold easily.
- Listening to classical music, cuz it calms me down, mellows me out.
- Reading books = Escape.
- Going on FB and looking at the photo albums of my old high school friends and seeing pictures of their kids. It feels like catching up.
- Looking at cute puppies and kittens; awwww so cuuuute!
- The sound of babies laughing; awwww so cuuuute!
- Laughing. Cuz laughing is fun.
- Laying under an umbrella in Aruba. Go away and get me one of those fruity little umbrella drinks. STAT.

LOL, I probably won’t play because I’m terrible about that sort of thing (apparently that is obvious!). But there are things that make me happy.
1. books (might as well add libraries and bookstores here instead of taking up more numbers), 2. movies, 3. new pillows, 4. taking a walk with my dog when her arthritis allows it, 5. pumpkin chocolate chip cookies (I don’t have the link but the recipe is from a blog called Spork or Foon — you can use more pumpkin with baking powder to make them vegan, as per egg substitutes on Post Punk Kitchen), 6. nail polish, 7. the change of seasons, 8. the rare times when my sons play together and actually get along, 9. finding new and bizarre stuff on the internet (wish I could make a career of it!), 10. learning new things.
