today i win. really. i mean i win every day but today i REALLY win. i had a teeny tiny victory with the memory!! we are experiencing a snowstorm of epic proportions (not my words) and before checking my voicemail at work (hush) i discovered that both of my chilruns were getting dismissed 2 1/4 hours early. first of all, who the heck ever heard of 2 1/4 hour dismissal? what kinda numbers are those? anyway, i was able to do the math and figure out that they would probably get released at 12:15p. then i checked my voicemail and found out i was right!!! yay me. just as recently as friday i wouldnt have been able to do that kind of abstract math. is this a remission? dont know. but its a small victory, of which i will take. i deserve a treat. like a cookie. now if only i could sepl.
